I’m an SEO and web developer in the Chicago area who got hooked on building things with AI.
Useful work tools. Odd little apps. A to-do list that chases you around a maze. This is where I share how those ideas turn into actual projects, and what I learn getting them there.
Search is my background. Building is what pulled me in. Sharing what works is the whole point.

I started using AI to help with Python scripts for SEO work: cleaning data, generating titles, and making repetitive tasks a little less repetitive. Then I realized I could keep going and build the whole tool.
My background is in enterprise search. I’ve spent years helping brands get found online, and I used to teach YouTube SEO on VIDISEO. I like figuring out how something works, then explaining it in a way someone else can actually use.
These days, that curiosity also takes me into AI search: how brands appear in AI-generated answers, which sources get cited, and what teams can do with that information. Sometimes the best way to explore a question is to build something that helps answer it.
And sometimes I just want to see if I can make a video game out of my backlog.
Both kinds of projects belong here.

I turned my to-do list into a Pac-Man-inspired game. Your tasks become the ghosts. It’s still a work in progress, which feels appropriate for a game about unfinished tasks.
